Subject: Call for Nominations: Board Positions Available

The Governance Advisory Committee is responsible for presenting a Board of Directors slate to members to ensure ACFP is governed with excellence and vision.

Since the incorporation of the new ACFP Bylaws, Board, and Governance updates, Dr. Charles Leduc and Dr. Cathy Scrimshaw, due to their experience and skills, agreed to remain for an extended term to assist with the transition to a new, smaller skills-based board.

Their transitional terms are coming to an end on March 2, 2017, leaving two Board Member vacancies.
