Congratulations to Our 2014 Award Recipients
Recognition of Excellence
I have been a resident of Alberta my entire life, born and raised in Calgary. I attended medical school and completed my residency in Edmonton at the University of Alberta.
My wife and I moved back to Calgary in 2011 and since have had two daughters. I work in a multidisciplinary practice with a preventative health focus, operated by the Calgary Foothills Primary Care Network.
We are an active family taking advantage of the nearby Rocky Mountains with hiking, camping and skiing. We also enjoy the many local entertainment and cultural events in our city and are proud to make Alberta home.
The one thing I love about family medicine is: establishing patient-physician relationships
Family Medicine Mentor: Dr. Michelle Levy
The one thing that surprised me about being a family physician is: the importance of working with the patient to achieve health goals
If I wasn’t a family physician, I’d be: a ski instructor.
