Alberta Seniors Care Coalition Conference 2015
As a member of the Alberta Seniors Care Coalition (ASCC), the Alberta College of Family Physicians is pleased to
host a joint Seniors Conference around the theme of Working Together for Seniors Care.
This inaugural event will focus on relevant and thought-provoking topics in seniors health care. The conference will include breakout sessions that combine evidence, experience, and patient values and will be applicable to family physicians and other health care professionals who are providing care to an aging population.
