Overview
CFPC membership is available to all
licensed medical practitioners in good
standing. Maintenance of membership
requires participation in continuing
medical education (MAINPRO®), and full
payment of the membership fee. Joining
the
CFPC
automatically includes both National and
Provincial Chapter membership.
Membership has steadily increased since
the founding of the College in 1954.
This success can be attributed to a
dedicated, active, and involved
membership. At present, approximately
60% of full time family physicians in
active practice in Canada are members of
the College. |
