Care for Seniors
As our population continues to age, comprehensive care for seniors has never been more varied or complex. Our Advisory Committee on Seniors Care is committed to providing high quality care to seniors through an exploration of latest trends and educational topics for elder patient care.
In 2002, the college prepared a report summarizing the current situation and limitations of the current system in relation to:
- The role of family physicians in caring for the elderly
- The role of the College in caring for the elderly
- The role of the university (educational) in training family physicians in caring for the elderly.
